Flipkart Cheating customers

You can clearly see in the picture that, same product, same brand, same name, same color but prices and its discount both are different. Even features are same.

One reason why customers are luring to online shopping over malls and stores is the “discounts” they get. The benefits add icing to the cake when consumers do not have to go out in the screeching weather and are getting “discounts”. However Flipkart recently brought a change in the thought.

The issue created a havoc on social media with customers yelling at flipkart about the  “fake sale” for attracting customers.

Recently a customer shared the screenshot of the page of Flipkart’s listing which actually exposed the reality of the e-retailer. The picture on facebook posted is of a ladies wedges which costs ₹799/ according to flipkart and they had kept it on sale bringing it down to ₹399/ which already costs ₹399/-. When our team asked flipkart about the issue on Twiter the e-commerce giant replied that “they have taken appropriate action by removing the product from their website.”
